Control arm was in decent condition. I purchased it as a part of a kit with other suspension components.

@@InsaneOil Nice. I just finished my control arm. And left arm was not able to tight enough due to bolt thread out. I forcibly tightened it with an impact wrench, but I feel still uneasy.

Thanks for the comments. I understand your thoughts with the "customer states" concept. I use to do a lot more explanation regarding troubleshooting and diagnosis but found the average RUclips watcher would take their car in to the mechanic and have the mechanic tell them what needed fixed and give them an expensive quote, so they would look it up on RUclips to see if it was worth doing themselves. Essentially, I have transitioned to more of a "video-Chilton's manual" format to shorten the length of the video.

@@InsaneOil oh man im pretty sure your channel is the one that suggested the grade 8 full thread bolts. unfortunately ace didnt have but a couple spacer nuts did the trick with half thread bolts but i grabbed 3 full thread grade 5 too and snapped 2 of them and bent the life out of another,it sucked but overall your method was a sanity saver...thanks

There are about 3 components that can lead to unusual noises. This was one of them.

Thanks for the comments. To answer your questions - 1)I have a rattle that occurs when I first start the vehicle and then goes away after 2 seconds. I had also read that there was a plastic manufacturing error on some of these original manifolds causing some of the plastic to separate internally which cause it to rattle. Thinking that replacing it may solve my problem, I replaced it. It did not solve that problem.

I was originally going to replace the valve seals but after watching this video: ruclips.net/video/F994QmOD6W8/видео.html I don't think replacing the valve seals will help with the oil consumption issue.

Thank you for the comment. I would recommend going to your local auto parts store and have them use a code reader to see what error code is associated with the light. They will do this for free. Then google the code. It could be something as simple as not tightening the gas cap, or is could be something more complex.

The P0768 code is caused by defective shift solenoids, wiring issues, low transmission fluid levels, a clogged transmission filter, a bad transmission control module, valve body issues, or internal transmission failure. www.carparts.com/blog/p0768-code-shift-solenoid-d-electrical/#:~:text=The%20P0768%20code%20is%20caused,issues%2C%20or%20internal%20transmission%20failure.

A 3/8" drive socket set with a ratchet that has metric sockets.

I purchased the manifold from eBay. I believe this is the link: www.ebay.com/itm/175187000858 All of these aftermarket manifolds are not a perfect fit and you really have to compare the new with the old as the quality of manufacturing really varies.

However, when you remove the two water bypass hoses from the throttle body, there will be a little coolant that will dump onto the ground.

When I purchased it, I went into the auto parts store and told them my vehicle year/make/model and they figured out which battery was the correct one for me (which is the one that you noted in the description).

@@ChipperClipper1 You can do it front top. You just need to remove everything and take out the starter completely with all connection then remove connections.
